I enjoyed reading your blog. You have some wonderful things here! thanks for sharing your eggs. These are beautiful! I recently watched a special about this technique on the discovery channel. Wow. the process is intense and involved. I do not have the patience for this process but truly admire your creativity and design - you've done a beautiful job!
Thanks Stephey. It is fun but it does require quite a bit of patience. There is much excitement at the end of the process....right before the egg is complete and is covered in black (burnt) wax... and you don't really know what the egg will look like. When you melt off the wax, it's like uncovering a hidden treasure! Very satisfying : )
